We want you to feel empowered and elegant in your Scarlett Gasque pieces; if your selection isn't a perfect fit, we offer returns within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all items remain unworn, with original tags and hygiene seals intact to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the items in their original luxury packaging, ensuring all designer tags and protective liners are securely attached.

  Dispatch the Shipment

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

  Quality Review & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return for quality compliance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
